Course result files can be downloaded in two ways:

1. With WCB 3.1 or later, the course author can use the "Testing | Transfer Test Files" dialog. There is a checkbox under the "Transfer Server Test Files" option named "Retrieve Results before upload". If this option is selected, the software will download the test results files to the "test" directory where the course was generated prior to uploading the test configuration files. Note that the test results files will not be re-uploaded to the server.

2. From the SST reports starting page, there is an option named "Raw Results Files". If this option is selected, a display of the results files is made without any HTML formatting. To import this information into a spreadsheet or database, the file contents for each result set need to be copied and pasted into a separate file. So, select the contents for one of the results files inside the browser, and choose "copy". Then open a text editor like notepad and paste the data into it. Then, save the file with the name provided in the browser. The resulting files can then be imported as "Comma Separated Variable (CSV)" text files. Most database and spreadsheet programs can carry out this operation easily.
