Uncapping
After pulling full honey frames
Open up the cells by scraping off the capping's (wax the bees use to cover the finished honey)
Scrape the top cover of wax off with a capping scratcher.
It’s best to do this over a plastic tub or capping tank.
The wax and some honey will end up at the bottom of the plastic tub or capping tank.
