ReadyGo Mobile produces a web site with three sections of content.
Chapter listings appear in the sidebar section; Services are located in the servicebar section; and the web site material is located in the center content area.
When you generate your content, ReadyGo Mobile will create several different 'start' pages. By providing URLs to these different 'start' pages, your audience can select which layout they prefer to view.
- To provide visitor with a different frame experience, change the web site URL (that you give the visitor) from http://www.yourserver.com/websitename/index.htm to http://www.yourserver.com/web sitename/choice.htm, where choice.htm is either main.htm, index4.htm, or index5.htm.
- You can also specify a first page to display in the content area. To do this, add ?start_file=file.htm to the end of the web site URL. For example, to have the web site open with the FAQ as the first page, the web site URL would be
http://www.yourserver.com/web sitename/index.htm?start_file=faqs.htm
It's True! To view a sidebar only version of this web site right now, go into the URL (address) field in the browser window and change index.htm to index4.htm.
Tip As a web site developer, you can also specify the layout of your web site by choosing Appearance > Frame Layout to select which frames you want visible.
