1.2 Getting Started
To create a survey:
  1. You can have an unlimited number of survey pages.
    1. Each survey page is associated with a bullet page.
    1. If you want to have multiple surveys show in a row without any bullet pages, you need to create a "test only chapter" (discussed later in this chapter).
  1. From any bullet page click the Test/Survey button (look at the bottom right of the page)
