5.5.1 5.5a Options for Transferring a web site
Transfer entire web site - Transfer the entire web site to the location you specify. The directory/folder where you generated your course is transferred in its entirety (including the folder) to the selected destination folder. If your site is generated to the "site1" folder on your computer, and you have selected the "www" folder on the server, the site will end up in "www/site1", and users would access the "www/site1/index.htm" file. If you select the "Transfer content directly to server..." option, the "site1" folder is not created.

Transfer Compressed Archive - Transfer the entire web site as a compressed archive (zip) file. You must generate and select the option to create the compressed archive before transferring the archive file.

Transfer Server Test Files - This is used for Server-Side Testing only.

Transfer web site without graphics - If you are updating the web site text and have not changed the graphics, choose this option. A web site with many graphics can get quite large. Transferring the web site with all the graphics can take more time.

Transfer only web site graphics - If you have only updated the graphics, choose this option.

Post source file and graphics source file - This option transfers just the source files for the web site. This option is useful if you are sharing the development effort.

Post source file but not graphics file - Graphics tend to make the files large. You can transfer the source of a web site's text to a server without sending the graphics. This can make your transfer quicker.

Transfer selected directory/file - You can send only one file or directory at a time. For example, you can use this option if you updated a web site or are collaborating on a web site and only want to send one section of the web site.
