6.10 Choosing the Type of Test Questions
There are many different types of test questions.
  1. Most people do not take a course or a test to be amused or entertained.
  1. The goal of the test is not to show the learner how good the author is at creating simulations
  1. Focus on the material at hand. Figure out the best way to present a question. It may be boring, but multiple choice and true false questions are usually the most effective.
  1. Learners are annoyed, not entertained with word games. Unless this is an English class stay away form crossword puzzles, hangman, scrabble games ... Don't turn off learners, many very effective employees were not English majors or English may be their second language.
