- If you have given the course before, you will have a good idea of the type of questions students ask. Use these questions as the basis for your FAQ's.
- A help page provides students with direct access to where they can go to get additional information
- Identify the resources available to students who have questions or problems. This might be a help desk, support center, subject matter expert, or a newsgroup.
