6.7 Glossary, FAQ, and Help
To assist students create a Glossary, FAQ's, and Help page to go along with each course
  1. A glossary provides explanations on any new, obscure, or technical words used in a course.
    1. As you develop a course, you will identify words that are unique or technical. These are the words that should be in your glossary.
  1. FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions - support students when learning new materials
    1. If you have given the course before, you will have a good idea of the type of questions students ask. Use these questions as the basis for your FAQ's.
  1. A help page provides students with direct access to where they can go to get additional information
    1. Identify the resources available to students who have questions or problems. This might be a help desk, support center, subject matter expert, or a newsgroup.
