Column 7 is labeled Special provisions and specifies codes for
special provisions applicable to hazardous materials. These
special provisions are in addition to the standard requirements.
When Column 7 refers to a special provision for a hazardous
material, the meaning and requirements of that special
provision are as set forth in the §172.102 Table.
