To save a web site, click the Save button on the toolbar or choose File > Save from the menu bar.
By default, your web site is saved in the web site directory in the ReadyGo program directory on your hard drive. You can save the web site source anywhere you want.
- ReadyGo Mobile automatically creates a subdirectory using the web site name you specified in the web site Information dialog box.
- It is a good practice to save your file before generating a web site.
- The source files for a web site consist of two files: a .wct and a .wcg file. ReadyGo Mobile uses these files to generate the HTML version of the web site. The .wct file contains all the web site text. All the graphics in the web site are saved in the .wcg file.
Tip ReadyGo Mobile automatically saves your web site text every 20 minutes. The automatic save file is stored in the same folder as your web site source files with the file extension .wc~. If you ever need to restore your work, replace your .wct file with the .wc~ file.
