- Web Browser to view mLearning
- Access to a local or hosted web server to distribute mLearning
- Hardware/Software: Pentium 200 MHz, 20 MB of disk space, memory as recommended for the specific operating system (4MB for Win95, 8MB for Win98, 32 MB for WinNT, 32MB for WinME, 64MB for Win2K, 256 MB for WinXP, 1GB for Vista
