Also consider the connection your learner is using.
  1. In many areas mobile devices have access only to low bandwidth services.
  1. Your learner might only have access to19.2K services, also referred to as dial-up access.
    1. This is what most people had back in the mid 1990's.
  1. Some mobile users might get 56K access and others can assess WiFi broadband.
  1. Since access speeds vary tremendously, find out where your learners will be accessing content. To be safe make sure your applications do not require a high bandwidth.
  1. Make sure all pictures are small and low resolution, so they can be viewed within a small screen and so they download fast.
