Defining a learning object as a page or a single test question is too granular to create functioning training
Pages and test questions don't stand on their own, they need more context
- Chapters are a better level of granularity
- Each page has context with the next page.
- Using the search tool or built-in chapter navigation to land on a page within a chapter creates a useful and reusable object
