This chapter includes all the pages that are not displayed in the course but are accessed independently - e.g. download pages. These pages are placed here so that they can be easily updated using course style sheets. This chapter, the "Case study" chapter, and press release chapter will need to be deleted from the course tree and site map after the course is generated and before the course is uploaded onto the site.
