A course creator will need the following to get started:
A computer with windows 2000, 2003, XP, 2008, or Vista,
- Browser to view content
- Standard Web Server - Internet, intranet web site to distribute content
- What's Needed by Users:
- Browser on their cell phone
- Including: Android, Blackberry, iPhone, Palm, Minimo, Samsung, Symbian/Nokia, Windows Mobile, Windows CE, or other mobile devices with a standard web browser.
